The new suite replaced the existing hall with state of the art facilities for conferences and banquets for 300 people.
As part of the Clandeboye Lodge Hotel this fast track project was programmed to suit the continuity of hotel operations, with the roof being installed over the existing building while it remained in use.

Work on site was completed on time and on budget in only 3 months following only 2 months of design and project planning. In fact the first event in the completed new suite took place  7 weeks after the last event in the demolished suite.

The design compliments the wooded setting of the hotel and features one of the few contemporary interiors in this market.
