The site is at a key location where the Shankill meets the West Link. The project will help regenerate one of the most socially deprived areas of Belfast.

The mixed use project includes spaces for community use, Retail Units, Offices and apartments. These are accommodated in 2 buildings set perpendicular to each other forming a dialogue and creating a new landscaped plaza.
One building is generally the apartment building, with the main building providing the flexible accommodation space.

All car parking has been placed below ground.

A particular design challenge was to draw the responses to the specialist aspects of the programme together to form a coherent architectural solution appropriate to the site and to the city.
