This project is a conceptual scheme for a housing development for the elderly at a site in Bangor.

The concept is to place housing on the ground floor with individual front door access, arranged around a courtyard, with 2 floors of apartments designed along the living with care concept above. The sheltered housing has been designed for the needs of people with alzheimer’s, and for the frail elderly.
