In this outline proposal, the sloping site has been used to provide a semi recessed car park. This will remove all cars from the surface allowing the area over the car park and around the buildings to be landscaped in a more attractive manner.

33 apartments are proposed in two separate buildings, therefore breaking up the mass and allowing a variety of views across the site.
