Two prototype affordable housing layouts were designed. Housetype A  (85sqm) comprises of flexible kitchen and living areas at ground level and two large bedrooms at first floor level.  Housetype B (92sqm) has separate living and kitchen areas and accommodates an additional a third small bedroom or study.

Both layouts allow for flexibility in construction and can be suitably used in detached, semi-detached  or terraced housing arrangements.
