The client required additional living spaces to the rear of the existing dwelling. The extension accommodates new kitchen, dining and smaller utility spaces to the rear.

The nature and longitudinal shape of the extension allows the new dining and kitchen areas to overlook the existing garden. This is achieved by large panels of glazing open the kitchen up into the garden.
