An existing two storey house will be remodelled and extended to form a larger kitchen and living space at ground floor level and an additional bathroom and entertainment space at first floor level.

The new design and orientation of the extension focuses on a view of Belfast Lough. This same panoramic view will be framed in a large bathroom and wash area attached to the main bedroom.
