This housing project comprises 12 new apartments on a small brown field site located at Autolight Road off Finaghy Road North.

The site itself is a left over strip of land located between the access road to a factory and the M1 motorway embankment. Efforts have been made to maximise the potential of a site which on first appearances has little or no potential what so ever.

The scheme includes a mix of two and three bedroom apartments all of which have been designed to meet the demands of the motorway locations and other site specific restrictions.

The apartment block features roof gardens to add open space for the residents.
